The Cul­tur­al and Li­brary Cen­ter in Bar­czewo is a mod­ern fa­cil­i­ty that com­bines the his­to­ry of the city, where for cen­turies Jew­ish, Evan­gel­i­cal, Catholic, and Or­tho­dox com­mu­ni­ties co­ex­ist­ed. The Cen­ter of Many Cul­tures presents rooms ded­i­cat­ed to in­di­vid­ual cul­tures with pre­served char­ac­ter­is­tic el­e­ments, such as tra­di­tion­al cloth­ing, tools, fur­ni­ture, and mu­se­um ex­hibits. The in­sti­tu­tion doc­u­ments the rich cul­tur­al and so­cial mix that shaped Bar­czewo's iden­ti­ty and left traces in var­i­ous parts of the city.
