Reform Body Studio

Reform Body is an intimate studio of professional reformer pilates in Białystok, whose mission is to create a space combining modern technology with intelligent training. The first studio in the city to introduce classes using Infrared technology, it combines body sculpting on reformers and at the barre with the body's biological renewal. The workouts strengthen the deep muscles and look after spine health, and thanks to infrared they support regeneration and cleansing of the body at the cellular level.
