Stu­dio Yogi, run by an in­struc­tor with over 40 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in yoga, of­fers hatha yoga class­es ac­cord­ing to the B.K.S. Iyen­gar method. This method places spe­cial em­pha­sis on the pre­ci­sion of ex­er­cise ex­e­cu­tion and uses props such as blocks and bol­sters, en­abling prop­er per­for­mance of poses. The stu­dio has been op­er­at­ing for over 30 years, and its in­struc­tor has gained knowl­edge from renowned teach­ers, in­clud­ing the pi­o­neer of Iyen­gar yoga in Poland. Yoga at Stu­dio Yogi sup­ports im­prove­ment of phys­i­cal health and find­ing psy­chophys­i­cal bal­ance.
