Studio Jogi Ewy Szprenger (Joga Ewa Szprenger)

Studio Yogi, run by an instructor with over 40 years of yoga experience, offers hatha yoga classes in the B.K.S. Iyengar method. The method places particular emphasis on precision in performing exercises and uses props such as blocks and bolsters, enabling correct execution of the poses. The studio has been operating for over 30 years, and its owner gained her knowledge from recognised teachers, including the pioneer of Iyengar yoga in Poland. Yoga at Studio Yogi supports improving physical health and finding psychophysical balance.
