Ta Chwila Sp. z o.o.

Magda leads yoga classes inspired by the B.K.S. Iyengar method, combining practice with a holistic approach to health and well-being. The studio offers both regular group classes and individual sessions, including SUP yoga on water, sound relaxations, movement meditations, and Lomi Lomi Nui and Access Bars® treatments. Classes are conducted with consideration for the individual needs of participants, without rigid patterns, supporting the body's natural ability to regenerate. Magda believes that proper yoga practice leads to profound changes in contact with oneself and harmony of body, mind, breath, and spirit.
