Milos is a bou­tique re­former pi­lates stu­dio in Częs­to­chowa, in­spired by na­ture and the phi­los­o­phy of con­sis­tent trans­for­ma­tion. The stu­dio is based on deep re­spect for Joseph Pi­lates' prin­ci­ples, com­bin­ing clas­si­cal tech­niques with orig­i­nal train­ing forms adapt­ed to the mod­ern lifestyle. Each ses­sion on the re­former is a con­scious rit­u­al, where pre­cise work with the body builds strength from the very cen­ter, plac­ing the trans­for­ma­tion process on par with the achieved goal.
