The stu­dio of­fers Pi­lates class­es and EMS train­ing in an in­ti­mate, bou­tique set­ting in Drawsko Po­morskie. It spe­cial­izes in work­ing with peo­ple re­cov­er­ing from in­juries, cir­cuit train­ing, and motor prepa­ra­tion for chil­dren and ath­letes. Class­es are avail­able in both in­di­vid­ual ses­sions and group for­mats, com­bin­ing the tech­ni­cal pre­ci­sion of EMS with the clas­si­cal Pi­lates method. The stu­dio is run by ex­pe­ri­enced per­son­al train­er Anna West­fal.
