Meditation

Buddyjski Ośrodek Medytacyjny w Gdańsku is one of seven hundred secular centers of the Diamond Way worldwide, founded by Lama Ole Nydahl and his wife Hannah. The center is under the spiritual guidance of the XVII Karmapa Thaye Dorje, the head of the Karma Kagyu school, one of the four main schools of Tibetan Buddhism. The studio offers group meditations as well as lectures and meditation courses conducted in Polish in a style adapted to Polish culture, available for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The center is co-created by volunteers engaged in Buddhist practice.
