Fit&fizjo Studio

Fit&Fizjo Team is a group of ex­pe­ri­enced per­son­al train­ers, phys­io­ther­a­pists, and mas­sage ther­a­pists op­er­at­ing in the Tri-City area since 2019. The stu­dio of­fers in­di­vid­ual per­son­al train­ing ses­sions and col­lab­o­rates with the in­de­pen­dent Fizjoter­apia Trójmi­as­to clin­ic, pro­vid­ing com­pre­hen­sive care that in­cludes phys­io­ther­a­py and pro­fes­sion­al mas­sages. The team sup­ports clients in over­com­ing chal­lenges re­lat­ed to obe­si­ty, poor fit­ness, pain ail­ments, meta­bol­ic dis­eases, and re­turn­ing to form after preg­nan­cy, in­jury, or surgery. The stu­dio em­pha­sizes an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach, sen­si­ble train­ing plans, and chang­ing habits to health­i­er ones, be­liev­ing that phys­i­cal and emo­tion­al health is the foun­da­tion of full ful­fill­ment.
