Ach Stu­dio is a unique place that com­bines phys­io­ther­a­py with pi­lates, of­fer­ing sup­port in re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion as well as learn­ing cor­rect move­ment and body pos­ture. The class­es are led by qual­i­fied in­struc­tors who pro­vide an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each client. The stu­dio in Gdy­nia fo­cus­es on im­prov­ing qual­i­ty of life through var­i­ous forms of ac­tiv­i­ty.
