Zip Pi­lates Stu­dio in Gdy­nia, found­ed in 2020 by Tania Kan­tor, of­fers in­struc­tion in the Pi­lates tech­nique using spe­cial­ist Gratz equip­ment de­signed by Joseph Pi­lates. Class­es are con­duct­ed in a friend­ly at­mos­phere, with an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each client, and their aim is har­mo­ny of body, mind and spir­it. The stu­dio's founder has many years of pro­fes­sion­al ex­pe­ri­ence and has com­plet­ed the Com­pre­hen­sive Loli­ta's Lega­cy train­ing, MK Pi­lates with Michael King, and nu­mer­ous work­shops with renowned Pi­lates in­struc­tors.
