FLOW Pilates

Studio Pilates Gliwice, run by Maja Łacisz, is located in a historic townhouse in the center of Gliwice, in the building of the Ballet School, creating a unique atmosphere conducive to focus and harmony. The studio offers Pilates classes on mat and equipment, stretching, and individual and group work, led by instructors with many years of experience. The team stands out for its professional approach and attention to individual needs of participants, supported by the experience of Maja Łacisz, who has been working with conscious movement and body work for over 20 years.
