Stu­dio Pi­lates stands out for its em­pa­thy, in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each par­tic­i­pan­t's needs, and in­ti­mate at­mos­phere in a charm­ing in­te­ri­or. It of­fers in­di­vid­ual and duet ses­sions on pro­fes­sion­al clas­si­cal pi­lates ma­chines, and as the only stu­dio in Sile­sia it runs group pi­lates on clas­si­cal mats from the Pol­ish brand V Pi­lates Ap­pa­ra­tus. The train­ing is led by ex­pe­ri­enced teach­ers of the pi­lates method, who help achieve har­mo­ny of body and mind, adapt­ing each ses­sion to the in­di­vid­ual needs and goals of the par­tic­i­pants.
