Joga Kundalini Katowice

The stu­dio of­fers a unique ap­proach to per­son­al de­vel­op­ment, com­bin­ing the Hellinger Con­stel­la­tions method with Kun­dali­ni Yoga KRI prac­tice. Led by cer­ti­fied in­struc­tor Maria Soł­tys, the stu­dio pro­vides the op­por­tu­ni­ty to work on greater self-aware­ness and pos­i­tive changes in life. Ad­di­tion­al­ly, par­tic­i­pants can take ad­van­tage of de­vel­op­men­tal work­shops and Cacao cer­e­monies, mak­ing this place unique in its of­fer­ings.
