Stu­dio Joga Życia is the largest yoga school in Sile­sia, of­fer­ing both in-per­son class­es in Ka­tow­ice and on­line class­es, avail­able every day from Mon­day to Sun­day in the morn­ing, af­ter­noon and evening hours. The school, run by Mał­gorza­ta and Ger­ard, spe­cial­izes in Iyen­gar yoga, vinyasa yoga and yoga nidra, mak­ing it pos­si­ble to prac­tice re­gard­less of where you are. The stu­dio in­vites every­one in­ter­est­ed to begin their yoga ad­ven­ture, dis­cov­er har­mo­ny be­tween body and mind, and share the en­er­gy that flows from prac­tice.
