The stu­dio is ded­i­cat­ed to im­prov­ing human func­tion­ing through Pi­lates prac­tice, en­abling its clients to live with­out lim­i­ta­tions and pain. After ex­pe­ri­enc­ing var­i­ous forms of move­ment, the stu­dio has com­plete­ly de­vot­ed it­self to the Pi­lates sys­tem as its main train­ing method.
