REFMI is a movement space created with mindfulness, calm and inner strength in mind. The studio offers classes in small groups, combining physiotherapy knowledge with precise movement and calm breathing. The workouts counteract back pain and tension caused by a sedentary lifestyle, sculpt the figure in a safe way, and develop control, strength and mindfulness.
