YoniMove

Yon­i­Move is a space ded­i­cat­ed to women of every age and every fit­ness level, com­bin­ing pro­fes­sion­al urog­y­ne­co­log­i­cal phys­io­ther­a­py with train­ing and mind­ful move­ment. The stu­dio works in small groups with full at­ten­tive­ness and re­spect for the in­di­vid­ual needs, move­ment skills and ca­pa­bil­i­ties of each par­tic­i­pant. Yon­i­Move sup­ports women in re­gain­ing con­trol over their body, pelvic floor and com­fort of life, cre­at­ing a safe space for talk­ing about in­ti­mate health.
