Stu­dio Pi­lates by Dream Team of­fers a mod­ern ap­proach to train­ing, com­bin­ing el­e­ments of Pi­lates, phys­io­ther­a­py, and mas­sage. As the first Pi­lates Stu­dio in Kielce, it aims to pro­mote har­mo­ny be­tween body and mind and to make the Pi­lates method ac­ces­si­ble to every­one, so that every­one can ben­e­fit from this form of phys­i­cal ac­tiv­i­ty.
