Studio Pilates Konin

Pi­lates Konin is a stu­dio spe­cial­iz­ing in train­ing based on the Pi­lates method using pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment, in­clud­ing re­former, Cadil­lac, Pi­lates chair, spine cor­rec­tor and jump­board, sup­ple­ment­ed with func­tion­al train­ing. The stu­dio works with peo­ple at all lev­els of ad­vance­ment — from be­gin­ners to ath­letes — and also sup­ports preg­nant women and post­par­tum women as well as peo­ple re­turn­ing to ac­tiv­i­ty after in­juries. Each train­ing ses­sion is based on an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach, knowl­edge and safe­ty, sup­port­ing the de­vel­op­ment of a strong, fit and bal­anced body. Pi­lates Konin com­bines sci­ence, prac­tice and ex­pe­ri­ence, cre­at­ing a place where move­ment be­comes a tool for a bet­ter life.
