Stu­dio Forem­ka is a place cre­at­ed with love for women who want to take care of their vi­tal­i­ty, health and joy of life. Class­es are led by em­pa­thet­ic and ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors who em­pha­size safe­ty and health-pro­mot­ing ex­er­cise, sup­port­ing each par­tic­i­pant with­out judg­ment or crit­i­cism. The stu­dio cre­ates a warm, mo­ti­vat­ing com­mu­ni­ty where every woman can be her­self, ex­er­cise in a pleas­ant at­mos­phere and de­vel­op both phys­i­cal­ly and men­tal­ly.
