Stu­dio Flow Pi­lates of­fers a wide range of Pi­lates class­es, in­clud­ing mat train­ing and ses­sions on pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment such as the re­former and cadil­lac. Thanks to the in­ti­mate at­mos­phere and qual­i­fied in­struc­tors, par­tic­i­pants can count on an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach and sup­port in achiev­ing their health and fit­ness goals. Flow Pi­lates stands out as one of the first Pi­lates stu­dios in Poland to com­bine a pas­sion for move­ment with pro­fes­sion­al­ism.

Basia is the best! Very in­for­ma­ti­ve pi­la­tes te­acher, she has very deep know­led­ge and expe­rien­ce and she pro­vi­ded clas­ses in En­glish too! I re­com­mend:)
