Freemo­tion stu­dio is a space where you can dis­cov­er your­self and live in har­mo­ny with your inner self. The stu­dio of­fers class­es fo­cused on find­ing bal­ance in body, mind, and breath, pro­mot­ing joy of life and en­er­gy for ac­tion. It fo­cus­es on teach­ing mind­ful­ness and con­sis­ten­cy in work­ing with the body and emo­tions, adapt­ing the ap­proach to the in­di­vid­ual needs of each par­tic­i­pant.
