The stu­dio run by Joan­na Jucha of­fers yoga that lets you dis­cov­er what your body can do and learn to relax in the places that need ten­sion re­leased. Class­es focus on build­ing trust in your body and kind­ness to­ward your­self, al­low­ing grad­ual progress in your prac­tice. The in­struc­tor has been teach­ing since 2016, draw­ing on 15 years of yoga ex­pe­ri­ence.
