Krakows­ki Ośrodek Zen is part of the in­ter­na­tion­al Kwan Um School of Zen found­ed in 1972 by the Ko­re­an Zen mas­ter Seung Sahn and is the old­est cen­ter of this type in Poland, op­er­at­ing con­tin­u­ous­ly since 1978. The cen­ter of­fers reg­u­lar evening prac­tices every Mon­day, Tues­day and Fri­day at 6:30 p.m., and for those wish­ing to begin Zen prac­tice, there are in­tro­duc­to­ry meet­ings held on the first Tues­day of each month at 5:40 p.m.
