Przestrzeń Holisty­ka & Pi­lates is a place spe­cial­is­ing in nat­ur­al meth­ods of car­ing for health and beau­ty. The stu­dio of­fers ther­a­peu­tic face mas­sages, in­clud­ing Ko­bido and Face­mod­el­ing, body mas­sages, and Pi­lates train­ing on re­form­ers in small groups of up to 4 peo­ple, as well as in­di­vid­ual ses­sions. All ser­vices are pro­vid­ed by ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors, and the en­tire of­fer­ing is based on a holis­tic ap­proach to health and well-being.
