Slow. Pilates Boutique Studio Kraków Bronowice

Studio Slow offers intimate pilates classes in the heart of Bronowice, where feminine energy meets breath, mindfulness and conscious movement. In groups of a maximum of 8 people, participants build mobility, strength and lightness of the body at a pace tailored to individual needs. The studio creates a space for mindful movement and an atmosphere conducive to slowing down, where every class is more than just physical practice.
