The One Pilates Studio
The One Pilates Studio is the only studio in Kraków specializing exclusively in the Pilates method. It offers group and individual classes at all levels of advancement, conducted on mats and specialist equipment from Xtend Pilates and Balanced Body, including reformers, combo chair, allegro tower, spring boards and mv chair. The studio provides personal training with an emphasis on effective work for each participant, regardless of age and physical fitness.
