The One Pilates Studio

The One Pi­lates Stu­dio is the only stu­dio in Kraków spe­cial­is­ing ex­clu­sive­ly in the Pi­lates method. It of­fers group and in­di­vid­ual class­es at all lev­els, held on mats and on spe­cial­ist equip­ment by Xtend Pi­lates and Bal­anced Body, in­clud­ing re­form­ers, combo chair, al­le­gro tower, spring boards and mv chairs. The stu­dio pro­vides per­son­al train­ing with an em­pha­sis on the ef­fec­tive­ness of each par­tic­i­pan­t's work, re­gard­less of age and phys­i­cal con­di­tion.
