Multistyle RYT200 yoga teacher course

This is a 200-hour Multistyle yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Alliance, whose first edition at Stan Harmonii begins in September 2026. The course lasts 6 months in a hybrid format and covers asanas, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy and teaching methodology. It is aimed at people who want to become certified yoga teachers or deepen their own practice and knowledge.

Sessions

The course lasts 6 months; meetings twice a month: 1 on-site session at Stan Harmonii in Bydgoszcz (Friday–Sunday) and 1 online session (Saturday–Sunday)

6998 PLN – early bird dla pierwszych 10 osób lub do 30.06.2026; 7998 PLN – regularna cena po 30.06 · Deposit: 1500 PLN (the place reservation guarantee is non-refundable). It is possible to split payments into as many as 10 installments at 0% with PayU. Participants who would like to receive a VAT invoice are asked to notify us BEFORE making the payment.

For people who want to become certified yoga teachers, yoga practitioners wishing to deepen their practice and knowledge, yoga enthusiasts; the course is not for people looking only for recreational classes, expecting a quick course without personal commitment, not ready for systematic personal practice and study between sessions, or those who have not practised yoga before.
