Training Mat Level 1 & 2

A training for teachers from the ground up, covering all exercises from the Matwork order at beginner and intermediate level, plus a theoretical introduction (anatomical and historical aspects of Pilates). The Matwork Level 1 & 2 module lasts two full weekends: 28–29.11.2026 and 05–06.12.2026. Księcia Witolda 38-40/U8, 50-202 Wrocław Cost: 2 450 zł What you get for the price: 👉 20h of training 👉 training script 👉 1h of any group class at the studio 👉 2h of room rental for your own practice* 👉 access to a closed online group *additional hours are paid; the price depends on the number of trainings you have completed with us and is: 70 zł/h after completing 1-3 trainings 60 zł/h if you have completed more than 3 trainings with us Lower prices apply for a year from the last training completed at Pilango Pilates Academy. The training is certified and ends with a theoretical and practical exam.
