Teacher training / mentoring for yoga teachers
Mentoring meetings that develop practice on the mat, understanding and feeling of the body, and teaching competences. Aimed at instructors and yoga teachers, people entering the teaching path, and teachers preparing for certification with the Iyengar Yoga Association in Poland. During the meetings, certification requirements are fulfilled.
