Teacher Training Program – Mat + Reformer 1

Mat + Reformer 1 is the first module of the Mat+Reformer section within a year-long teacher training course run in cooperation with Gloria Gasperi by Adrian Radwański and Patryk Nowak. The module comprises 3 two-day weekend sessions, one observation day and an exam; after passing the exam, participants receive a certificate. The course is aimed at people who want to become pilates teachers or to systematise their knowledge and skills.
