Teacher Training Program – Mat + Reformer (module 1)

Module 1 of the Mat+Reformer section as part of a year-long teacher training course run in cooperation with Gloria Gasperi by Adrian Radwański and Patryk Nowak. The course is aimed at people who want to become Pilates teachers or to systematise their knowledge and skills. The module includes 3 two-day weekend sessions, one day of observation and an exam, after which a certificate is received.
