Roczny kurs online prowadzony metodą Cyril Yogi, oparty na praktyce Ashtanga Yoga i pracy z asanami oraz czakrami. Uczestnik odbywa 800 godzin praktyki własnej i 800 godzin praktyki nauczania, a także trzytygodniowe szkolenie stacjonarne w instytucie. Kurs kończy się certyfikatem Certified Cyril Yoga Teacher (CCYT).
