Rafał Kozioł has been prac­tic­ing yoga since 1994, per­fect­ing him­self under rec­og­nized teach­ers from both Poland and abroad, and has been teach­ing in­de­pen­dent­ly since 2003. The teacher is dis­tin­guished by a tol­er­ant and in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each stu­dent, com­bin­ing yoga prac­tice with Vipas­sana med­i­ta­tion and a holis­tic ap­proach to health.
