Michała Szczepani­ka Hatha Yoga Cen­ter, op­er­at­ing since 1996 in Łódź, of­fers a va­ri­ety of yoga class­es in a wel­com­ing at­mos­phere in­spired by In­di­an cul­ture. The of­fer­ing in­cludes groups for be­gin­ners ac­cord­ing to the B.K.S. Iyen­gar method, class­es for prac­ti­tion­ers, chil­dren, se­niors, and women. The cen­ter has a spa­cious ex­er­cise room and com­fort­able ameni­ties for stu­dents.
