Focus Pi­lates Stu­dio of­fers an in­ti­mate and friend­ly place for peo­ple who want to take care of their body and well-being. It spe­cial­izes in pi­lates, em­pha­siz­ing bal­ance, mind­ful move­ment and body aware­ness. A team of ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors, who have them­selves gone through a jour­ney of trans­for­ma­tion thanks to pi­lates, pas­sion­ate­ly sup­ports par­tic­i­pants in dis­cov­er­ing the pos­si­bil­i­ties of their own body and re­gain­ing har­mo­ny in every­day life.
