Koło Kwadrat is a unique school of cre­ative and per­son­al de­vel­op­ment, of­fer­ing a va­ri­ety of class­es such as yoga, ce­ram­ics, med­i­ta­tion, and niche cours­es. The stu­dio com­bines a holis­tic ap­proach to health with prac­tices that sup­port both the body and the spir­it, cre­at­ing a space for re­lax­ation and cre­ativ­i­ty. Reg­u­lar yoga ses­sions and move­ment are key el­e­ments of the pro­gram that help par­tic­i­pants achieve bal­ance in life.

Kun­dali­ni yoga, at first I was scep­ti­cal, but after a few class­es I un­der­stood what it was about and found inner peace. I high­ly rec­om­mend it. An in­ter­est­ing place. Si­lence, calm.
