Stu­dio Lido of­fers a unique space where through move­ment you can find con­tact with your own body and your­self. It fo­cus­es on pres­ence and au­then­tic­i­ty, rather than striv­ing for per­fec­tion. At Lido, move­ment prac­tice is a way to build re­la­tion­ships with oth­ers and with your­self, as well as to ex­press emo­tions in an at­mos­phere of sup­port and pos­i­tive en­er­gy. The stu­dio cre­ates a unique Lidom­mu­ni­ty, where every­one can feel com­fort­able and nat­ur­al.
