The stu­dio of­fers a holis­tic ap­proach to a healthy lifestyle, led by Marta Gorą­ca, an ex­pe­ri­enced per­son­al train­er. It spe­cial­izes in or­ga­niz­ing FIT CAMPS that bring to­geth­er women of dif­fer­ent ages and with dif­fer­ent lev­els of ex­pe­ri­ence, mo­ti­vat­ing them to work on them­selves and im­prove their health. The stu­dio places great em­pha­sis on lis­ten­ing to one's own needs and striv­ing for har­mo­ny through phys­i­cal ac­tiv­i­ty and healthy habits.
