LIMA Pi­lates Stu­dio is an in­ti­mate pi­lates stu­dio in Łow­icz, spe­cial­iz­ing in teach­ing con­scious move­ment and breath­ing in small groups of up to 6 peo­ple. The stu­dio of­fers pi­lates train­ing on the re­former and on the mat, with a pri­or­i­ty for pre­cise tech­nique, safe­ty and tran­quil­i­ty. Class­es are led by ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors who sup­port clients in ef­fec­tive­ly strength­en­ing deep mus­cles, im­prov­ing pos­ture and in­creas­ing com­fort in every­day life, re­gard­less of ex­pe­ri­ence level.
