Pi­lates stu­dio in the cen­ter of Lubin of­fers in­di­vid­ual train­ing ses­sions on pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment (re­former, wunda chair, spine cor­rec­tor, foot cor­rec­tor) as well as group mat class­es in small groups of 6-8 peo­ple. Each train­ing ses­sion is tai­lored to the in­di­vid­ual needs and abil­i­ties of the par­tic­i­pants, re­gard­less of their ex­pe­ri­ence. The in­ti­mate at­mos­phere and pre­cise ap­proach of the in­struc­tors guar­an­tee safe work on tech­nique and rapid progress.
