Klasyczny Pilates GYM

The stu­dio of­fers pro­fes­sion­al pi­lates class­es using equip­ment de­signed by Joseph Pi­lates, fo­cus­ing on deep mus­cle work, joint mo­bil­i­ty, body strength and flex­i­bil­i­ty, and pos­ture cor­rec­tion. Class­es are held in three lo­ca­tions in Lublin: at ul. Niecała 3/12, ul. Du­bieck­iego 10, and Bo­haterów Monte Cassi­no 11. At the stu­dio on ul. Du­bieck­iego, there are two rooms equipped with clas­sic equip­ment such as Re­form­ers, Cadil­lac, Wunda, Leader Bar­rel, Pedi pole, and Spine Cor­rec­tor, as well as a GYM space for func­tion­al and in­di­vid­ual train­ing.
