Tomasz Miszczuk's Yoga School in Lublin, founded in 1995, is the largest and one of the most renowned yoga schools in Poland. Led by the experienced physician Tomasz Miszczuk, it offers a unique approach to learning yoga, based on many years of experience and tradition. The school is not affiliated with any associations, which emphasizes its autonomous character and individual approach to yoga practice.
