Mi Yoga Class Michalina Uszyńska Mieczewo

The stu­dio runs in­ti­mate group class­es where par­tic­i­pants work on strength, mo­bil­i­ty, sta­bil­i­ty and move­ment qual­i­ty. Yoga class­es take place in Puszczykowo and Mieczewo, and the prac­tice is based on the LYT Yoga method, which com­bines mind­ful move­ment with strength­en­ing el­e­ments and full-body work. The stu­dio is run by Michali­na — a Mas­ter of Di­etet­ics and cer­ti­fied LYT Yoga teacher — who com­bines strength train­ing, mind­ful move­ment and a prac­ti­cal ap­proach to nu­tri­tion.
