Stu­dio Ewa Pi­lates of­fers pi­lates class­es for peo­ple of every age and phys­i­cal con­di­tion, from chil­dren and preg­nant women to se­niors, pro­mot­ing the method cre­at­ed by Joseph Hu­ber­tus Pi­lates. The stu­dio op­er­ates in the Mi­lanówek, Grodzisk Ma­zowiec­ki and sur­round­ing areas, bring­ing fam­i­lies to­geth­er through ex­er­cis­ing on the mat. The in­struc­tor's holis­tic ap­proach en­sures safe­ty, com­fort and mo­ti­va­tion to achieve in­di­vid­ual health goals. The stu­dio is a place not only for prac­tis­ing pi­lates, but also for re­lax­ation and build­ing re­la­tion­ships with the local com­mu­ni­ty.
