Joga Od-Nowa

The "Joga od-nowa" School of­fers yoga class­es led with pas­sion by a mar­ried cou­ple of in­struc­tors who have been prac­tic­ing yoga since 2009 and teach­ing since 2015. The stu­dio runs class­es in Nakło nad Note­cią and In­owrocław, and ad­di­tion­al­ly or­ga­nizes week­end work­shops in the peace­ful, wood­ed sur­round­ings of a house in Stary Jarużyn. This ideal place for yoga prac­tice pro­vides par­tic­i­pants with har­mo­ny and tran­quil­i­ty, and the re­treat work­shops for small groups in­clude com­fort­able space and home-cooked meals.
