The stu­dio of­fers group yoga class­es for adults led by a cer­ti­fied in­struc­tor with ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in phys­i­cal ed­u­ca­tion and dance. Class­es take place once a week on Tues­days from 18:30 to 20:00 at HAGA. The in­struc­tor com­bines knowl­edge in the field of move­ment ped­a­gogy with prac­ti­cal ex­pe­ri­ence gained through col­lab­o­ra­tion with the Opera na Zamku in Szczecin.
