Co­op­er­a­tive House of Cul­ture at Al. Koperni­ka 12 in Nowy Targ, op­er­at­ing since 1978, of­fers a rich range of class­es for all age groups, led by qual­i­fied in­struc­tors. Among the nu­mer­ous class­es you can find yoga, tao yin, aer­o­bics, zumba, karate, dance class­es, art work­shops, lan­guage cours­es and many oth­ers. The stu­dio spe­cial­izes par­tic­u­lar­ly in yoga — calm, bal­anced ex­er­cis­es adapt­ed to the needs and abil­i­ties of par­tic­i­pants. The fa­cil­i­ty op­er­ates five days a week and on week­ends dur­ing or­ga­nized cul­tur­al events.
