The Mu­nic­i­pal Sports and Recre­ation Cen­tre in Os­trowiec Świę­tokrzys­ki of­fers a va­ri­ety of move­ment class­es. At the KSZO Sports and En­ter­tain­ment Hall, pi­lates and yoga class­es are held in gen­er­al and be­gin­ner groups. At the Rawszczyz­na Swim­ming Pool, aqua aer­o­bics, aqua power and aqua se­nior are avail­able.
