Stu­dio Nube of­fers Pi­lates class­es, a holis­tic ex­er­cise sys­tem that strength­ens the body, im­proves mo­bil­i­ty, pos­ture and move­ment aware­ness. It spe­cial­izes in work on the Re­former – a de­vice cre­at­ed by Joseph Pi­lates that acts as a "sec­ond train­er", sup­port­ing pre­cise move­ment ex­e­cu­tion and deep mus­cle work. The stu­dio com­bines the phi­los­o­phy of light­ness and flu­id­i­ty of move­ment with a pro­fes­sion­al ap­proach to train­ing, serv­ing both be­gin­ners and ad­vanced par­tic­i­pants.
